1. Ordering
Orders may be placed by Internet and paid for via credit card through PayPal.

2.1 Delivery Destination
Delivery to UK destinations only with FREE delivery on every item on this site.

2.2 Estimated Delivery Time
Most stocks are stored in one of three warehouses. When an item is currently out of stock then it is ordered in from our suppliers if possible and we will endeavor to inform you of the delivery time. Some of our products are manufactured after ordering and cannot be dispatched straight away. If in doubt please ask. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within short time scales, it is unfortunately not always possible to do so. If we are in a position to dispatch the next day then we will, subject to correct stock levels and courier collection times. We only dispatch on week days between Monday to Friday and not on bank holidays so all estimated times are in working days only. We will endeavor to contact you should delivery times alter. Therefore, please allow up to 28 working days for delivery. Long delivery items can include supplier out of stock items and we will offer you an alternative or refund your order in full when this happens. We are not always given exact dates that new stocks are due in but we will always try to keep you updated with stock availability. If you are unsure then please contact us to ask.
If you order several items with different estimated delivery times then your order will be dispatched when all items are available for dispatch, alternatively if you would like a part order dispatched then please contact us to make arrangements.
If you wish for quick delivery then please contact via email first, and have the products you would like quoted so we can advise you as quick as we can.

2.3 Delivery Method
We use 3 methods of Delivery.
1. Royal Mail, which will be delivered with your normal mail.
2. Interlink Express Couriers, who deliver the next working day after dispatch (unless, delivery address is: north of Glasgow or is in a remote area hard to get to then this may take an extra couple of days.) The couriers will leave a card if there is no one able to confirm delivery, as they require a signature on delivery (unless instructed otherwise). It is important to provide us with a manned address for delivery or further instructions for a safe place to leave the parcel.
3. Direct, we may have goods dispatched directly to you from the manufacturer. Many of our products are manufactured after ordering.

2.4 Email service upon dispatch.
By providing us with your email address, we will email you upon dispatch. If your order is dispatched by Royal Mail or direct from the manufacture then tracking details will not be available but you will be told what service your order has been sent with.

2.5 Shortages or Damage on Delivery.
All order shortages, wrong items or items found to be damaged or faulty on delivery must be reported within 5 days of receipt of the order, failure to do so may result in us being unable to rectify the problem.

2.6 Delivery Miscellaneous
Should your order be returned to us undelivered, we will charge a re-delivery fee for sending the goods out a second time, to cover our costs.

3. Postage and Packing costs
From the 15/05/2013 every item comes with free UK delivery on this site. This changes from site to site so if you're buying from us off other sites then please read the delivery details on those sites. Our postage and packing charges work on a sliding scale, in an attempt to be fair to all. This scale is designed to work on order weight the heavier an item or items are, the more it will cost for delivery. The postage you will be charged on an order can be viewed in the shopping basket. If you would like to make special arrangements for delivery please contact us directly.

4. Returns policy
We accept returns for exchange or refund. If you wish to return an item for any reason then please email us where we will initiate the returns procedure. Please state your reason for return in the email and also in writing inside the return parcel. Once goods arrive back it can take a further day to be booked in as it is forwarded to the relevant returns location. As soon as the return has been booked back in then you will receive an email to confirm the your parcel is back and that the exchange or refund is in progress. Personalised goods cannot be returned or order cancelled for a refund once manufacture has commenced. Should these items be damaged or faulty then please follow the policy below for exchange only.

4.1 Damaged, Wrong or Faulty goods
We do sell shop soiled display items and these are either sold as new without tags, with defects or used. In these instances items will not be refunded if they have been stated correctly in the descriptions.
In the unfortunate event of an item being damaged or faulty, which in your opinion is due to a manufacturing error, then please return the item to us detailing the reasons. We may have to return the item to the manufacturer for inspection. If the item is deemed to be a manufacturing fault then it will be replaced, refunded or exchanged free of charge. We will also refund any return postage to match the value of a Royal Mail 2nd class parcel. Should you receive the wrong goods for some reason, then follow the same procedure as above and we will arrange to replace it. Any Damaged, Wrong or Faulty goods are required to be returned before dispatching a replacement.

4.2 Refunds & Exchanges
We will refund or exchange any unsoiled item (with tickets still attached and in original packaging) returned to us within 14 days of original delivery date. Please include in the package a detailed reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement; this will speed up the process. You can claim a refund, less postage, or alternatively exchange any item, again less postage.

4.2.1 Postage
We advise you to use the Post Office as the cheapest option and obtain a proof of postage certificate. Please note that the item is posted at your own risk, and only once we have received the goods back in there original condition are we able to process refunds. Items returned for an exchange will be charged for re-delivery, even if the original delivery charge was £0.00 (GBP). A re-stocking fee may apply where items were dispatched free of charge and returned for a refund. Should an item be considered as unacceptable for refund or exchange then a re-postage fee to return to you would be charged, again according to weight and value.

4.3 Postage on Returns
Please note that when returning any item to us, for whatever reason, it is at your own cost. We therefore advise you to follow this returns policy for guidance relating to postage. We will only refund the postage and packages on items if we have agreed with you because of fault on our behalf. If we have agreed to refund your postage as a result of a fault on our part, we will refund a maximum of the estimated cost of a Royal Mail 2nd class parcel value for postage only. Special delivery and recorded delivery that require signatures are accepted but we will only refund the cost of the 2nd class parcel. For higher valued parcels you are advised to send insured for the value of the item and only if we have agreed to refund the postage then its set to a maximum of £15.00 (GBP). Clothing Sale Shop is not liable for returned parcels in transit, in the event of any claim it is the sender who is responsible for processing the claim. If in the unfortunate event your parcel does get lost or damaged then Royal Mail will refund up to 10 times the price of a stamp or the item value which ever is smaller.  Royal Mail will compensate loss only if you have obtained a proof of postage certificate from the post office. 4.4 Returning Promotional Items
Should an item be returned for a refund where a promotional item was included with the order, the promotional item must also be returned to qualify for a full refund. If the promotional item is not returned then the retail value of the promotional item will be taken off the full value of the refund.
5. Stock levels and price changes
Clothing Sale Shop endeavor to keep a full selection of all stock, but this is not always possible, should you order an item that is out of stock or unavailable we will endeavor to advise you and may recommend an alternative. Any substitute item supplied that is not satisfactory can be returned. Should you wish to order an item that is not listed in the online shop, please feel free to contact us directly and request the item. We endeavor to keep up to date with all price changes, this however is not always possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue a line or change price at any time.

6. Prices
All prices shown are in £ GBP (British Pounds Sterling). 

6.1 V.A.T
All prices on the website are excluded from the appropriate rate UK V.A.T. This is subject to change.

6.1 Discount
From time to time we offer a discount when you buy multiple items. The maximum discount offered is up to 10% off your order value. To qualify you must quote the discount code advertised. Discounts vary and we may cancel these discounts at anytime without notice.

7. Payment for goods
7.1 Credit cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Electron. The www.clothingsaleshop.co.uk website is both safe and secure. We and our payment partner PayPal, use the latest encryption technology for your safety.
8. Privacy
All information that comes into our possession will remain private and confidential to Clothing Sale Shop. All data collected is treated in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We do not pass any of your private information onto anyone. We do ask for an email address and although it is not necessary, this is used to send confirmation when your order has been dispatched and any parcel tracking information that may be relevant, it may also be used to contact you with promotions if you have consented to receive them. When you make a purchase over the internet your card details are not seen by us and are kept secure with the PayPal bank account. If for any reason you change your order or return an item for a refund then a request for card details over the telephone may be needed. At Clothing Sales Shop we take security very seriously and any card details taken over the telephone are kept secure until the order is complete and are then shredded to optimise security and protect our customers. Cookies on our site are used so any items you enter into your basket that you do not complete on a purchase can be stored ready for your next visit. We also use cookies to track which internet page each visit has come from but we do not collect any private information from you or your computer. We do not make cold calls and any contact made from us will only be made on request by you or if there is a problem with your order.

9. Security
When you place an order with us, the information you send is protected by Secure Server software (SSL) and encrypted. After you have selected the items you wish to order, your browser will go into 'secure mode' (usually indicated by displaying a padlock) before asking for any of your details.  On completing your purchase, you will leave 'secure mode'.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Images
We endeavor to provide the best available images on our website, however some pictures may mis-represent the product. We apologise for any confusion that may be caused by this, if in doubt please contact us.

10.2 Passing off
Any images or textual content on our website, whether they are our own or provided by our partners, may not be used for any purpose, by any other party, other than for our sole use on this website. Should any image or textual content be used, by any other party, other than Clothing Sale Shop, then this will amount to an infringement to our intellectual property rights of the aforementioned images and textual content.

11. Advertising
We advertise with selective internet websites and get paid commission through affiliates if clicked through. Cookies are used to pass on link information but no private information is saved or passed on. For further information please just ask.

12. Right to cancel
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have an unconditional right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery.

13. Liability 
Clothing Sale Shop takes steps to prevent computer viruses from being transmitted via electronic data transfer, but cannot guarantee that our website, e-mails or linked websites do not contain computer virus code.  You are therefore strongly advised to undertake anti virus checks.  Clothing Sale Shop undertakes no liability for loss or damage howsoever caused. Clothing Sale Shop is not responsible for the content found on linked websites. Clothing Sale Shop operates in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 and the ecommerce Regulations 2002. Clothing Sale Shop does not accept responsibility for errors or omissions. All products on the website are there as an invitation to treat.  Clothing Sale Shop’s website is governed by English law.
